Commercial work needs to fit around your business, not the other way around. We schedule restaurant and retail jobs outside operating hours, plan office work around staff presence, coordinate warehouse projects with production schedules, and book hotel rooms by availability.
Every commercial project starts with an on-site assessment. We document the scope, photograph the conditions, and provide a detailed written estimate that breaks down materials, labour and timeline. WSIB clearance and certificates of insurance can be supplied directly to your office or property management company before work begins.
For ongoing maintenance accounts, we set up a regular call cycle so small issues are caught and fixed before they grow into expensive repairs. Many of our commercial clients are on a scheduled rotation: walls and trim every 4 to 6 years, caulking refresh every 2 to 3 years, deck and exterior work as the season allows.
