OV Property Solutions is led by Oleg Valchenko, a tradesman with over 15 years of hands-on experience across residential, commercial and restoration projects in both Europe and Canada.
That experience covers a wide range of trades: drywall and plaster repair, framing and floor repair, ceiling and water damage restoration, finish carpentry (trim, moulding, doors), interior, exterior and cabinet painting, deck and fence staining, caulking and sealing, masonry repair, concrete floor repair, partition installation. Standard apartments, older homes with plaster walls, water-damaged units, retail stores, offices, warehouses: the scope varies, and that is where the depth of skill comes from.
What connects every project is an approach built on preparation. The quality of a finished surface is determined before the first coat of paint goes on. Filling, sanding, priming, repairing what needs to be repaired, matching textures, sealing transitions: this is where most contractors cut corners, and where we do our best work.
We work on both residential and commercial properties in Timmins and surrounding communities. Whether it is a single room refresh, a full unit turnover, a multi-phase renovation, or ongoing maintenance for a restaurant or office, the standard does not change based on the size of the job.
