Exterior Painting Built for Timmins Weather
Timmins weather is hard on exteriors. Freeze-thaw cycles, heavy snow loads, spring moisture, and intense summer sun all take a toll on paint. An exterior job that skips proper preparation will crack, peel, and fade within 2-3 seasons - wasting your investment.
Our exterior painting process is built around the reality of Northern Ontario conditions. Every project starts with thorough surface preparation: power washing, scraping loose paint, sanding, patching wood rot, caulking joints, and priming bare surfaces. We use exterior-grade products rated for temperature extremes and UV exposure.
We paint during the optimal window - mid-May through early October - when temperatures and humidity allow paint to bond and cure properly. We monitor weather forecasts daily and will reschedule rather than apply paint in unsuitable conditions.
