A floor is only as good as what goes under it. Most flooring that squeaks, gaps or lifts within a year was laid over a base that was never checked. We start every flooring job the same way: we look at the subfloor for movement, moisture and uneven spots, and we fix those before a single plank goes down. It is the least visible part of the work and the part that decides whether the floor still looks right in five years.
We install vinyl plank and luxury vinyl plank (LVP), both click and glue-down, along with laminate. These are practical, hard-wearing floors that suit homes, rental units and commercial spaces across Timmins and the surrounding communities. Vinyl in particular handles moisture and heavy traffic well, which makes it a solid choice for kitchens, entryways, basements and rental turnovers.
